       Arts and Culture
              in Louisiana


Cervantes Fundación Hispanoamericana de Arte (Cervantes Hispanic-American Arts Foundation) and Hispanic Flavor Productions present their annual Que Pasa Fest 2017during Hispanic Heritage month by highlighting and recognizing Latino arts and culture. Que Pasa Fest 2017 will be a multi-day festival filled with live music, dancing, food, art, and soccer and will be held at various locations throughout the Greater New Orleans area.

For Que Pasa Fest 2017, the headliner will be the multi Grammy award winner, Luis Enrique, "El Principe de la Salsa."  Known as a distinguished salsa vocalist and composer, Luis Enrique pioneered the 'salsa romantica' movement, earning several nominations and awards in the process. He and his band will be closing out the festival with his touring concert. Luis Enrique will be returning to New Orleans after many years and will be singing all his hits including his latest, "Cuando se Juega con Fuego."
